Hope – Hold on pain ends.

Optimism.

It is human nature always to find fresh cause for optimism. We can always be optimistic and think that something better is coming, no matter what the odds are against us – Just like buying a lottery ticket.

A night of good night sleep is the best bridge between lockdown and Hope. It is that thing inside us that insists, despite all the evidence, that something better awaits us that makes our present moment less difficult to bear.

Deeper Meaning.

We embrace of the unknown. It is a passion for what is possible and if we run out of it today, we try again tomorrow. It can be found in our most difficult moments. We must remember that there is hope, especially when everything is peeled away and stripped bare, when it seems that nothing is left.

We are inspired to do the impossible and helps us to carry on during tough times. It may be through music, exercise, social media platforms, reading or motivation. It lies in our imagination and courage to dare to make our dreams come through.

We must remind ourselves every day that we are full of unshaped dreams and new beginnings. For every loss, there is a victory and when we think we’ve lost everything, there is a whispered promise and a perfect punctuation mark at the end of our sentence called Hope.

A moment of light.

While it’s hard to be positive we must think of hope as our weapon of survival. It recognises no barriers, It jumps hurdles and penetrates walls to arrive at our destination (Freedom). Our courage needs hope for nourishment.

Even the smallest amount of hope can make a difference during a storm. Miracles grow out of adversity. No matter what we are going through we must remember that we are not alone. We will get through the storm together. WE GOT THIS.
