The Queen of Hearts.

The Queen of Hearts ♥️💜❤️

A warm-hearted, loving woman, the Queen of Hearts is someone who has mastered her emotions. She is intuitive, creative, and compassionate. These qualities make her an excellent listener. Regal and sincere, the Queen of Hearts can read people’s emotions and offer support from a place of genuine care.

In a world of constant change, you were a steadying presence and a source of comfort and pride for generations around the world, including many of us who have never known our country without you.

On the day you died a double rainbow became a bridge between heaven and earth, to guide you to your new palace in a paradise above the clouds they call heaven.

Everywhere you went, there were crowds. Just to catch a glimpse of you, and to be near you. From heads of state to the people in the street, you were admired, respected and above all, loved.

You taught us that faced with turmoil, we can manage if we are together and that grief was OK. It is like the ocean; it comes on waves ebbing and flowing. Sometimes the water is calm, and sometimes it is overwhelming. All we can do is learn to swim.

Sometimes our source of light comes from unexpected places in times of loneliness and darkness. The risk of love is loss, and the price of loss is grief, but the pain of grief is only a shadow when compared with the pain of never risking love.

There is a sacredness in tears. They are not the mark of weakness, but power. They speak more eloquently than ten thousand tongues. They are the messengers of overwhelming grief, deep contrition, and of unspeakable love.

After so long of you reigning over us, it’s only natural for the national anthem to feel strange to us for a while, as we remember your smile and get used to singing ‘God save the King.’

Every song in heaven is now a universal anthem of love. Now you are back with the love of your life and the loved ones from your past, listening to the angels sing.

Over your 70 years on the throne, you have been in all our lives. You visited more than 100 countries, from the most powerful nations to the tiny island states of the Pacific.

Thrust into your role as monarch so early in your life, that you knew the value of planning. You knew your duty was to ensure things ran smoothly from the small royal visits to the highest matters of the state.

Even amid your Platinum Jubilee, you were preparing us for the day we were all dreading. But you taught us too that we must move on. After you were laid to rest, we turned our eyes to our new King, your son, who despite his grief pledged to serve us.

On any great occasion, you will still be with us. It won’t be the same, of course, but it never is. This is the price we pay, all of us, for love. You will be loved forever, always missed and a Queen we will never forget.

Your final appearance on the Buckingham Palace balcony with Charles, your eldest son, Prince William and his eldest son Prince George left little doubt you were passing the crown to future generations.

Grief is the price we pay for love. And if wealth, palaces and titles are taken away, what’s left are loved ones grieving for somebody special at the end of the day, until time brings us back together.

Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II was more than a monarch. She defined an era. You are one of the greatest leaders of the modern era, and your life of selfless duty and service has left the world a better place.

Unseen, unheard, but always near. Still loved, still missed and forever dear. Gone yet not forgotten. Although we are apart, your spirit lives within us forever in our hearts. May God give you rest and reward you for a lifetime of happiness.
